Two Golden Calves for Rinkel Film at the Gala of the Dutch Film 2012

Last month saw the conclusion of the Golden Calf competition at the Gala of the Dutch Film. This year people all across the country could text their vote for the Golden Calf Audience Award and it went to COOL KIDS DON’T CRY.

Proud, director Dennis Bots came up to accept it, together with producers Reinier Selen (Rinkel Film), Harro van Staverden and David Bijker (Bijker Film & TV), and ‘Cool’ actors Hanna Obbeek, Nils Verkooijen, Johanna Ter Steege and Loek Peters.

In addition the war drama SÜSKIND, directed by Rudolf van den Berg, was awarded a Golden Calf for Best Female Lead – for actress Olga Zuiderhoek.
