World premiere Love Eternal at the Galway Film Fleadh
LOVE ETERNAL will have its world premiere at the 25th edition of the Galway Film Fleadh Film Festival in Ireland.
Galway Film Fleadh is held from 9-15 July, with the film screening on Friday 12. Its director is Irishman Brendan Muldowney (Savage), who wrote the screenplay as well. He has been awarded prestigious prizes at Stiges and the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival.
Contributions from the Irish Film Board, the Netherlands Film Fund, and Film Fund Luxembourg have helped make LOVE ETERNAL possible.
LOVE ETERNAL represents the third collaboration for the Dutch Rinkel Film (Reinier Selen) and the Irish Fastnet Films (Macdara Kelleher and Morgan Bushe), following the success of NOTHING PERSONAL and THE OTHER SIDE OF SLEEP.
NOTHING PERSONAL, directed by Urszula Antoniak, garnered six prizes at the Locarno Film Festival, including Best Debut and Best Actress, and four Golden Calves for Best Film, Best Director, Best Sound Design and Best Cinematography.
THE OTHER SIDE OF SLEEP was selected for the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs (at the Cannes International Film Festival Cannes) and the Toronto International Film Festival.
